General Terms and Conditions- The Integrative Skin Doctor
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply to all services between us and the Buyer in the version valid at the time of the order.
The purchaser is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the courses in our portal does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the customer to order online courses. By ordering the desired course package, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our Internet shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our Internet shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:

Selection of the desired online course (live, on demand, individual/group coaching)

Confirmation of the order by clicking the buttons " Book now".

Setting the date and time for the coaching in the calendar

Confirmation of the "next" button

Registration with entry of the applicant's details (name, e-mail address and
telephone number).

Selection of the payment method (e.g. credit card, Giropay, online bank
transfer).

Verify the order by clicking the button "buy".
Before verifying the order, the consumer can, by pressing the "back" button, after checking his details, return to the Internet page on with the customer's details and can correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet shop: We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. The AGB can be also accessed at any time

Your order data are no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs, if any, shall be added.
(2) The consumer has the possibility of payment by direct debit, credit card (Visa), giropay or online bank transfer.
§4 Delivery
(1) As this is an online coaching course, there is no delivery and there are no delivery
costs/delivery waiting times for the consumer. The booked coaching is contractually secured with the selection and confirmation of the time and date.
(2) If the consumer has not cancelled the booked coaching in time, i.e. at least 24 h before the booked coaching date with indication of reasons or has asked for an alternative date, the coaching expires and the consumer has no right to reclaim the money for this specific date of coaching. If the consumer has booked a course with follow up coaching sessions, these will continue to take place as selected at the time of purchase, unless the customer has asked for rescheduling in advance (at least 24 hours before the coaching time/date)!!!!
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods (in this case the contents of the course) until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Important: with the purchase of the online course the consumer commits himself not to pass on the taught contents in the context of the coaching incl. forms to third parties neither in linguistic nor in written form, since these are protected contents and the course contents are exclusively available to the consumer only, who has booked the course liable to pay the costs for the own development!

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any
reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly
agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
