What? mind-body-skin coaching

When? 50 min sessions twice a month, every 2 weeks for 3 months

How/where? online sessions via Zoom 

Why? improve your overall health state as well as your individual skin type as a reflection 

Month 1

Coaching Session 1st: 

  • Your individual skin type analysis 

  • Core principles of integrative skin nutrition and purpose-> healing effect

  • your skin goals

Coaching Session 2nd: 

  • Analysis of your health and skin struggles

  • The connection between your skin, your body and your mind 

  • your individual goals and actions to improve your skin-body-mind health

  • your skin goals

Month 2

Coaching Session 3rd: 

  • analysis of your daily habits including nutrition and mindset

  • your individual daily habits to improve your skin health and your confidence

  • your skin health goals

Coaching Session 4th:

  • Your skin and body mindset status

  • Your circle of life including all areas of your life

  • Your skin health goals

Month 3

Coaching Session 5th: 

  • Specific reflection of your personal improvements and hardships

  • Primary vs. secondary food

  • Your skin health goals 

Coaching Session 6th: 

  • Analysis of your skin health growth

  • Your skin health before and now

  • Your individual attained skills for your longterm skin health
